We consolidate staging and design together to reach one goal: To make your place look fabulous, glamourous, and primed for online trending whether you are looking to update your home or maximize your home’s sale.
OWNER-OCCUPIED: This is a 2 hour in-home consultation including decluttering, repairs and furniture placement recommendations. This service includes a written report.
VACANT: This is a 2 hour in-home consultation with repair recommendations. This service includes a written report and staging plan.
OCCUPIED: This is an in-home consultation where the client’s existing furniture will be used. This service also includes small artwork and accessories provided by TEAM Staging & Design.
VACANT: This is an in-home consultation and includes a home staging plan. This service includes a quote for furniture and accessory rentals as well as home staging services to deliver, install, and style. This is for vacant and unoccupied homes, ondos and offices.
